CARSTAR Eglinton Opens in Scarborough, Ontario
CARSTAR, North America’s premier network of independently owned collision repair facilities, announces the opening of CARSTAR Eglinton, conveniently located at 1975 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1L 2N1.
This is the second CARSTAR location for owner Frank Blandizzi and the first location for his new partner Mustafa Rajab. Frank has been a part of the CARSTAR family for over 10 years and Mustafa joined the CARSTAR family three years ago on the corporate team.
“My father opened up his facility in 1968 and so I grew up in this industry,” says Frank Blandizzi, owner, CARSTAR Eglinton. “I joined CARSTAR in 2009 because you could see how much the collision repair was changing and I knew I needed support if I wanted to continue growing my business. Now, I am excited to open my second facility and have the support of Mustafa to help run it.”
CARSTAR Eglinton is a 4,000 square foot facility located in the Donway Ford dealership. With a focus on upholding OEM guidelines, no matter the make or model, the team at CARSTAR Eglinton looks forward to earning several OEM certifications, as training is already underway.

Active in fundraising and awareness efforts for the CARSTAR charity of choice, Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Frank Blandizzi looks forward to continuing giving back to this cause through his new location with the added support of Mustafa Rajab.
